Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Zodiak Studio ("Zodiak", "we") collects when you use zodiakstudio.com, request a website preview, or work with us, and how we use it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

What you send us: your name, business name, phone number, email, trade and city when you request a preview, text, call or email us.
Project materials: logos, photos, service lists, business hours and account access you choose to share so we can build your site.
Preview activity: when you open a private preview link we send you, we record basic activity on that page (for example, which sections were viewed) so we can follow up at the right time.
Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe may save your card for the final payment described in your agreement.
Technical basics: your browser and device may share standard information such as IP address and browser type with our hosting provider. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To design your preview, build your website and deliver what you paid for.
To contact you about your request, your project, payments and support.
To keep records of agreements and payments, as the law requires.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number, you agree that Zodiak may call or text you about your preview request, your project and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it with the services that help us run the business, and only what they need: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (website hosting), and our texting and email delivery providers. Each is bound by its own privacy and security terms. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project and payment records for as long as you're a client and as long as tax and legal rules require. Preview requests that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by texting or emailing us. You can stop texts by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
