Terms of Service
Effective November 10, 2026
These terms cover your use of zodiakstudio.com and the website services offered by Kjuan Facey d/b/a Zodiak Studio ("Zodiak", "we"). When you hire us, your signed website agreement sets out the specifics of your project, and it controls if anything here differs.
Free homepage preview
We design a homepage preview for your business at no cost and with no obligation. The preview stays on a private Zodiak link. If you don't move forward, you owe nothing, and the preview is not published.
What's included
The Zodiak Website includes a custom website of up to 6 pages designed for phones first, click-to-call and a quote form, Google Business Profile setup or cleanup, basic local search setup, connection of your domain, and launch help. Larger "Flagship" projects are quoted separately before any work begins.
Price and payment
- The Zodiak Website is $3,000: a $1,500 deposit to start and $1,500 when you approve your finished site.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The card used for your deposit is saved by Stripe, and you authorize Zodiak to charge the remaining balance to that card when you press Approve on your finished site. Your card is never charged for the balance without you pressing Approve or confirming in writing.
- If a charge fails, you'll receive a payment link instead, and launch waits until the balance is paid.
Timeline and edits
Your site is ready to review within 7 days of receiving your completed intake form and materials. If materials arrive late, the timeline moves with them. Two rounds of edits are included; a round is one list of changes sent together. Extra rounds, new pages or features are quoted before any work is done.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before your first preview of the paid build is delivered, your deposit is refunded in full. After that preview is delivered, the deposit is non-refundable because the work has been done.
Ownership
Once you've paid in full, you own your website's design and content and your domain. You confirm you have the rights to any logos, photos and text you provide. Zodiak may show your site in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Care plan (optional)
For $99 per month, Zodiak keeps your site hosted, secure and backed up, makes small edits, sends a monthly report and posts to your Google profile. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Text messages
By giving us your number, you agree we may call or text you about your request and project. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.
No guarantees on results
Estimates on our site, including the "Will it pay for itself?" calculator, are based on the numbers you enter and are not promises. We can't guarantee a specific number of calls, search rankings or sales, because those depend on things outside our control. Zodiak's total responsibility is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in question.
Reviews and examples
Client reviews shown on our site are real reviews, quoted word for word with last names shortened. Concept designs and example layouts are labeled as such.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
